Contractors Liability Facility
Since January 2000, Robertson Low (formerly Crest Underwriting Ltd) has administered a contractors liability facility, suitable for all small to medium size building contractors and allied trades. From the 1st June 2008 Robertson Low's new facility has provided Employers and Public Liability Insurance with many superior features, such as:
- Public Liability – €6,500,000 limit of indemnity as standard
- Employers Liability – €13,000,000 limit of indemnity
- No Height Limit
- Depth Limit of 4 metres
- No Employers or Public Liability excess other than a small €1,000 third party property damage excess
- Lloyd's security
